Your registration, access, or use of the Services constitutes an explicit and irrevocable consent to these Terms and Conditions, which are fully subject to the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦.

Eligibility: The user confirms they are of legal age to enter into binding contracts.
Amendment: The Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services after the amendments are published constitutes your consent to them.

🛡️ Secondly: Intellectual Property and Content Protection (Strict Terms)

All educational materials, recorded and live lectures, texts, graphics, logos, and software are the exclusive intellectual property of the Academy or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

🛑 Strict Prohibition on Copying and Sharing: Any form of recording, copying, reproduction, distribution, publishing, making available, or displaying any part of the content (whether recorded courses, live sessions, or supporting materials) to the public or any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, is strictly and unequivocally prohibited.

Personal License: The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the content for educational and personal purposes only.
Legal Accountability: Any breach of these intellectual property provisions will subject the user to full legal accountability, including claims for financial compensation for resulting damages.

💳 Thirdly: Terms for Live (LIVE) and Recorded Courses

1. Recorded (On-Demand) Courses

Access Duration: Access to recorded courses varies by course type, and the validity period (e.g., 6 months, or 1 year) is specified on the course details page before purchase.
Content Changes: The Academy has the right to update, modify, or delete part of the recorded content at any time without prior notice.

2. Live (LIVE) Courses

No Recording: The user is committed to not recording, broadcasting, or filming any part of the live sessions under any circumstances, and this is considered a strict violation of intellectual property.
Attendance: To ensure integrity and eligibility for a certificate, attendance of a specific percentage of live sessions may be required (specified in the course details).

💰 Fourthly: Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Payment and Prices

Prices: The listed prices for courses are subject to change at any time without notice.
Taxes: Prices do not include any taxes or fees that may be imposed by external parties, and the user is responsible for paying them.

2. Refund Policy

The following refund policy is strictly applied to all paid courses:

Recorded Courses: No refund will be issued for any recorded course once the user accesses any part of its content or 48 hours have passed from the date of purchase, whichever comes first.
Live Courses: A full refund will be issued if cancellation occurs 7 days before the course start date. No refund will be issued if cancellation occurs after that date.
In Case of Violation: If the user’s account is terminated due to a strict violation of the Terms of Use or Academic Integrity, no financial amounts will be refunded.

⚖️ Fifthly: Disclaimer and Limitation of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Medical Information: The content provided is for educational purposes only and does not substitute for professional medical consultation or treatment. The Academy assumes no responsibility for any medical decisions made by the user based on this content.
Service Availability: The Academy does not guarantee that the Services will be continuously available without interruption or free from errors.
Maximum Liability: In all cases, the Academy’s maximum liability to the user shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in dispute.

🏛️ Sixthly: Governing Law and Competent Courts

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
