• Administrative Services and Compliance: For the purposes of issuing certificates, invoices, adding Continuing Medical Education hours, and registration confirmation messages.

2. Account and Data Deletion

A member may submit a request to permanently delete their account from the Platform.

Important Alert: Deleting the account results in the erasure of all data related to the member, including certificates for events participated in, and cancellation of access to the Platform permanently.

To ensure learners receive the best virtual educational experience, adherence to the following is required:

1. Student Account Usage Terms

By registering as a student, you pledge the following:

• One Account: Maintain only one user account, and not share your username or password with anyone else.
• Personal Work: Ensure that the answers to assignments, exams, and projects are your own work (except for tasks where collaboration is explicitly allowed).
• Non-Disclosure: Do not publish exam answers used for performance evaluation, and do not provide solutions to assignments or exams to anyone else.
• Avoiding Fraud: Do not engage in any activity that would dishonestly improve your results, or harm the results of others.

2. Instructor/Speaker Pledge

By registering as an instructor, you pledge the following:

• Scientific Integrity: Adhere to values and educational integrity in dealing and evaluation, and work to provide content based on evidence, proofs, and the latest updates.
• Intellectual Property Rights: Consider intellectual property rights and obtain written permission from the content owner if you do not own it.
• Scientific Content: The material content must be purely scientific, free from advertisements, commercial drug names, or any marketing or promotional materials.

3. Violations and Penalties

If a violation of the Terms of Service or Academic Integrity is found, you may be subject to one or more of the following actions:

• Receiving a “zero” grade or no grade for the exam/assignment.
• Blocking or invalidating any certificate obtained in the course or program.
• Termination of your access to the Platform entirely.
• No Refund: No financial amounts will be refunded in case a corrective action is taken for such violations.
